Dirty Chai Podi- The origin story on this one starts in 2014 at a farmers market in Austin, TX. Known then as Anjore, we’d sell Naan Croissants( Big TM energy here) and Dirty Chai, mason jars of it. Lotta jars of it. No matter if it was a farmers market stand, trailer or supper club, Dirty Chai was a part of it. But we’re not shipping jars of liquid here. With a whole lot of help from our friends at Trishnna Tea & CruBom Chocolate here it is in your very own Podi- ready to be boiled for Chai or ground into your fave pastry- this Podi packs a punch.

Made with, (takes deeper breath): Trishnna Tea sourced black tea, toasted black peppercorns, toasted cumin, toasted coriander, toasted clove, dried curry leaves, Ceylon cinnamon quillings, fresh Bay leaves, dried Arbol chili peppers, toasted whole cardamom pods, cardamom seeds, a pinch of Asfoetida (Hing, or Parungayam), dried ginger, turmeric, dried Jasmine flowers, CruBom chocolate

Recommendations: 1 T equals 4 strong cups of Chai, add coffee to really make it dirty, unsweetened so add whatever you prefer! Add to your bear-claws, your cinnamon rolls or even a chocolate torte to deepen its flavor. Works unbelievably well with CruBom Horchata Creamer.
